Privacy policy.

Chandler & Co. Real Estate Group LLC ("Chandler & Co.," "we," "our," or "us") respects the privacy of visitors to chandlercre.com (the "Site") and the principals, investors, and counterparties with whom we work. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and what rights you have. We keep it short on purpose. Read it.

1. About us.

Chandler & Co. is a Florida licensed real estate brokerage (Brokerage License #CQ1071676) with offices at 111 Orange Avenue, Suite 305, Fort Pierce, Florida 34950. The managing broker is Jeffrey P. Chandler (Broker License #BK3412478). Our affiliated property management firm is Verterra Property Management LLC, which is independently operated under separate ownership and is governed by its own privacy practices.

2. Information we collect.

Information you provide. When you submit a form on the Site — a broker opinion of value request, an investor portal application, an agent inquiry, a contact message, or a newsletter signup — we collect the information you provide. That typically includes name, email address, phone number, and any deal-specific or professional information you choose to share, such as property address, asset class, transaction context, role, or investment interests.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, our hosting provider (Netlify) collects standard web-server data: IP address, browser type, device type, referring URL, pages visited, and timestamps. We do not currently use behavioral advertising tracking, cross-site tracking, third-party cookies, or marketing pixels. If we add analytics tools (such as Google Analytics or Microsoft Clarity) in the future, we will update this section.

Information from engagements. If we accept a representation engagement, additional information is collected through the course of the transaction: ownership records, financial data on assets being marketed, principal contact information, and similar materials. That information is handled under the terms of the executed engagement agreement, not this policy.

3. How we use it.

We use the information you submit to:

  • Respond to your inquiry and provide the brokerage, advisory, or informational service you requested
  • Evaluate fit for the investor channel or agent recruitment if you applied
  • Maintain communication during an active engagement
  • Send The Quarterly newsletter to subscribers who opted in
  • Comply with legal, regulatory, and tax recordkeeping obligations applicable to a Florida real estate brokerage

We do not sell, rent, or trade your contact information. We do not use submitted information for behavioral advertising. We do not share investor portal applications with third parties outside the firm.

4. Who we share information with.

Service providers. We share limited information with the technology providers we use to operate the firm: Netlify (website hosting and form submission storage), Make.com (the automation service that routes form submissions to our inbox), and Microsoft 365 (our email and document storage platform). Each of these providers maintains its own privacy and data security commitments.

Transaction parties. Real estate transactions sometimes require disclosing limited information to closing parties — title companies, lenders, counsel, escrow agents, and counterparties' representatives. Where disclosure is necessary to a transaction you have engaged us to handle, we will share only what is reasonably required to close the deal, and only after engagement.

Affiliated firms. Where you have engaged Chandler & Co. on a property-management-adjacent matter, limited information may be shared with Verterra Property Management LLC, our affiliated firm. Verterra operates under separate ownership and its own privacy practices. We do not share investor channel or agent recruitment data with Verterra.

Legal disclosures. We will disclose information when required to comply with a subpoena, court order, regulatory inquiry, or other legal obligation, or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the integrity of a transaction.

Business transfers. If the firm is sold, merged, or restructured, information may be transferred to the successor entity as part of that transaction, subject to commitments equivalent to those in this policy.

5. How long we keep it.

We keep the information you submit for as long as needed to provide the service you requested and to satisfy applicable legal, regulatory, and tax recordkeeping requirements. Florida real estate brokerage records are subject to statutory retention periods (typically five years). Newsletter subscriber lists are retained until you unsubscribe.

If you would like us to delete information about you and we are not legally required to retain it, you may request deletion at any time using the contact information below.

6. Your rights.

You have the right to:

  • Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of information we are not legally required to retain
  • Unsubscribe from The Quarterly newsletter at any time (each issue includes an unsubscribe link)
  • Withdraw any consent you previously provided
  • Ask a question about how we handle your information

To exercise any of these rights, email clientservices@chandlercre.com or write to us at 111 Orange Avenue, Suite 305, Fort Pierce, FL 34950. We will respond within a reasonable period.

7. California residents.

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA") as amended by the CPRA. These include the right to know what categories of personal information we have collected about you, the right to request deletion, the right to correct inaccurate information, the right to opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of personal information, and the right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights.

Chandler & Co. does not sell personal information and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To exercise your California rights, contact us using the email address or postal address above.

8. Cookies and tracking.

The Site uses minimal cookies — primarily session cookies that allow forms to submit correctly and load fonts from Google Fonts. We do not currently use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. If we add cookies for analytics or other purposes in the future, this section will be updated and, where required by law, your consent will be obtained.

9. Data security.

We take reasonable, industry-standard measures to protect the information you submit: HTTPS encryption in transit, encrypted storage at rest with our hosting and email providers, access controls limiting who within the firm can view submissions, and multi-factor authentication on administrative accounts. No system is perfectly secure. If a data breach were to affect your information, we would notify you as required by law.

10. Children's privacy.

The Site is intended for use by commercial real estate professionals, investors, property owners, and agents. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.

11. International visitors.

The Site is operated from the United States and intended for U.S. visitors. If you are located outside the United States, please be aware that information you submit will be transferred to, processed in, and stored in the United States. By using the Site, you consent to this transfer.

12. Changes to this policy.

This policy may be updated to reflect changes in our practices, the technology we use, or applicable law. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect when changes were made. Material changes will be highlighted.
